1. Appointments canceled under two hours before the appointment will require a 50% late cancellation fee.
2. Keep your mobile number and email updated so you receive the reminders for all your future appointments, we also may need to contact you for various reasons.
3. If you make an appointment with us please make sure you are 100% available to make your appointment or give us enough notice if you can’t make it so your space can be given away. We've had a few people just not turning up to appointments in the past which causes an inconvenience as these spaces can be given to other people on our waiting list.
4. We will require all missed appointments to be paid for, if that means you come in and pay or we send an invoice to you. Failure to pay will result in your account being suspended or you being barred from the shop.
5. If you are running late please contact us by calling the shop so we can let you know if we will have enough time to still fit you in, this will save disappointment if you arrive too late.
6. New accounts on the system will have zero tolerance to no showing, if you miss an appointment your account will be suspended and you will have to pay up front for all future bookings.
7. Loyal customer's will have a 2 strike policy, we will give you 2 chances as a sign of our appreciation for your support over the years. Two missed appointments will mean your account will be suspended and you will have to pay upfront for all future bookings.
8. Come to your appointment with good hygiene and clean hair with no product in where possible, we can put some product in after your cut if you would like.
9. If you are using our cancellation watch, please make sure you sign on for the times you can actually make.
You can cancel your own appointment on the app or website 2 hours before your appointment, after that please ring us on 01386 555700 to let us know, appointments cancelled after the 2 hour mark will require a 50% cancellation fee due to it being so last minute, if you cancel after your appointment has started, this will be marked a missed appointment and require full payment.
