These are our T&C’s when making an appointment with us:
We will require all missed appointments to be paid for, whether that means you come in and pay or we send an invoice to you. Failure to pay will result in your account being suspended or you being barred from the shop.
Appointments cancelled an hour prior will be marked as a missed appointment and require full payment.
Appointments cancelled 2 hours before the appointment will be marked as a late cancellation and will require 50% of the price to be paid due to it being last minute.
If you are running late please contact us by calling the shop on 01386555700, this will allow us to let you know if we will have enough time to still fit you in, this will save disappointment if you arrive too late.
Keep your mobile number and email updated so you can receive the reminders for all your future appointments, we also may need to contact you for various reasons.
